Job SummaryThe Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring Lodge quality by auditing our internal process controls and manuals, cookware sizing and weight recording of products to confirm tool accuracy and life; coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure accuracy of information in catalogues/website/ POS boxes. Provide vital analytical information to appropriate personnel to aid in the decision-making process. Work with outside customers/auditors to meet their quality standards.  To promote and build teamwork while creating a positive and safe work environment, and a strong company culture that embodies a drive for success, ownership of responsibilities, and a passion for being the best. To practice daily continual improvement in all areas.

Minimum Requirements: A successful candidate will have a High school diploma or GED required; Associate's/Bachelors degree preferred or three(3) years equivalent experience in use of measuring tools in a manufacturing environment.  Proficient in using hand measuring tools with the skill set to be able to learn new technologies; i.e., Coordinate measuring machine, 3D Scanners, etc.  Possess a basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.   Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Measure and document casting weights.   Maintain records to be shared across Departments.
  • Measure and documents casting dimensions.  Maintain records to be shared across Departments.
  • Send data to Sales and Marketing to confirm sales catalogues, POS boxes and other needs.  Also share with Customer Care.
  • Audit organization processes and work with Supervisors and Managers to rectify all findings of non-process control manual compliance.
  • Yearly audit of Operational Process Manuals and QA procedures to meet customer's audits and requirements, including scheduling of all calibration requirements.
  • Assist with external audits.
  • Permanent member of Quality Committee.
  • Any and all job related tasks as assigned.
